Section E11 began officially in December, 2021. Prior to that date, our Section was named NE-6B and was part of the Northeast Region. Section E11 is located in Central Pennsylvania and serves six councils and their respective lodges. The section is the recognized inter-council organizational structure of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting America, and consists of councils within a geographical area. The section serves as an important communications link between the member councils, the region, and the national Order of the Arrow committee. The section exists to support lodge leaders to produce High Performing Lodges, through a direct inter-council forum.
